Feature Film, Germany, In Progress
A seemingly never-ending heat wave impacts the nation. Water is scarce. Everyone is waiting for the long awaited rain. Elio (16) has to save his money. When he meets the fun-loving Azur (16), he is drawn into a world of plenty with him. He spends every day of that hot summer in Azur’s pool until the worlds collide and everything bursts into flames.
A film about origin, identity, the power of friendship and - our most precious commodity: water.
